I'm 2 days into the C25K. "Ugh," is all I can say.
As with any workout, I can't wait for it to be over while I'm in the midst of the workout. However, the feeling after a good long, sweaty workout is great. I LOVE that feeling. (I love it better after a hot shower, but you know what I mean.)
We didn't cover as much ground last night, only about 1.75 miles. But that is what I had expected considering that we were a little sore from the previous day.
Is it just me or does anyone else start a new program like a champ but the next couple days you can't go the distance you did the first day? Regardless, we finished D2 of the C25K and I was very proud of us. It did seem as if it went by quicker though.
I really Really REALLY did not do well as far as keeping within my WW points yesterday. For some reason I ate anything and everything that did not eat me first! I believe it is because I'm trying to get back in the habit of keeping up with points and it was killing me to think I was "restricted." Anyway, I've debated all morning as to whether or not I really wanted to right down what I actually ate....but feel that to stay in good habit to write it down regardless of how bad I ate.
So here goes...I'm not putting points values because I KNOW I went over horribly bad. Just be happy I'm writing it down period! haha baby steps.
BREAKFAST:
Oatemeal w/ Peaches
Coffee
LUNCH:
Smart Ones - Potatoes & Broccoli w/ Cheese
Water
SNACK:
Pringles
Fit & Light Key Lime Yogurt
Small bite of a fruit brownie
2 bites of a piece of Pizza
2 bites of a piece of Pizza
DINNER:
French Fries (2 servings!!! I KNOW!!!)
Pringles
Pretzel M&Ms
See! I told you! I was AWFUL last night!
Even with the workout, I earned 5pts....BUT even those 5 points wouldn't keep me in the points that I was able to eat.
I am striving to do better today.
Tonight we will do the last workout of W1. Then next week we will start W2D1! It is going by so much faster than I thought it would....but it always helps to pass time when you have a great friend doing it with you!
Hang in there! You are doing great!
