Wednesday

I am not doing too well people! 

Breakfast:
     2 clementines
     coffee w/ ff creamer

Lunch:
     left over Spicy Basil Noodles
     Water

Snack:
     2 clementines
     1 gala apple

Dinner:
     2 Eggs
     11/2 pieces of Sausage
     1 biscuit
      Hashbrowns

REALLY?!?! 

All that and I didn't lift a finger at the gym or anything!!!!!  I've apparently got the intake just fine....i'm struggling with the output.  I need to get in the GYM!!!  Tonight I hope to go for a good hour or longer.  I've got to get into it...I must!

  1. Just push! Even when you don't want to you have to push yourself to do it. I am thinking of getting up earlier and do my excercising. I read an artical that proved excercising 30 minutes 3 times a week is more helpfull than in the day. WIth everything.
