Like every other person in the world, last year I jumped on the weightloss bandwagon. Unfortately, after losing 25lbs I did not continue with my regime. Which only backfired and has caused me to gain the unnecessary weight back. Not all of it...but some of it.
I found that writing down my intake and outake really helped me see where I was going wrong, plus it also kept me accoutable to my goals.
Again, I am jumping on full force and plan on impletmenting my ultimate goal of 60lbs. I do not know how long it will take me, but nonetheless I am willing to attempt and if I lose and keep it off then it really doesn't matter the exact amount. As long as I feel great!
So here's to weightloss!
I can use all the encouragement that I can get....so any comments would be appreciated!
I am right there with you girl! Although, I will say, 60 lbs and there would be none of you left!!
ReplyDeleteYou can do this. I know because I was with you, watching you do it last time. You are focased and determined. When I move into the new house maybe we can meet at the rec center in the evening and walk. Once this baby comes I am all about learning to jog. I am getting a treadmill in about 2 weeks and plan on toning through my pregnancy and I would love to jump on this with you! I am even thinking of starting my blog back for certain viewers only! I will email you a request soon!
ReplyDeleteLove you sweety!

Sarah, you are too sweet. If I lost the 60 lbs I still wouldn't be in the "healthy weight range" for my age & height. LOL.
ReplyDeleteI doubt I'll even get to the -60 but I'm going ot put a good foot forward.
Amber: you have consistently been a great encouragement. I am glad that you started back on your blog too!!!! :) Thank you for being so sweet!
