I didn't do too bad today.
Breakfast:
(2) Clementines
Coffee w/ FF Creamer
Lunch:
Broccoli Cheese Soup in a Bread Bowl (it was a small bowl, and I didn't eat the bread itself.)
Water
Snack:
Jalepeno Jerky
Coffee w/ FF Creamer
*note I did not consume these two items at the same time....that would just be plain nasty!
Dinner:
Spicy Basil Noodles (only at 1/3)
Spring Roll
Sweet Tea (I must admit, this is the 1st sweet tea that I have had in a looooong time....I'm talking at least 4 months)
I didn't get a chance to do any excercise today. So I kinda feel rather sausage-ish. But I am excited that tomrorow I plan on going to the gym and enjoying a sculpting class. We'll see how sore I am tomorrow night! haha
As soon as I locate my WW points book thing, I will be able to post my point values for the foods I eat. That really seems to help with the tracking.

If you know anything about me...you know I pretty much LOVE anything made from pumpkin. This is a recipe that I cannot wait to try out! I believe it will be delicious.
Pumpkin Pudding
6oz container of nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup canned 100% pure pumpkin puree
dash of cinnamon
Decadent, creamy pudding for less than 150 calories--and it helps you lose weight! The pumpkin bulks up the yogurt--already a protein-rich, nutrient-packed food--and adds a hefty dose of fiber. This winning combo of protein and fiber expands in your stomach, keeping you full long after you finish, so you're not looking for more munchies an hour later. It is way to get your veggie intake as well! (1/2 cup = one veggie serving)
