Goals for this Week

I find that I perform better when I've entered myself into a contest or something like that.  I don't like to let others down.  SO, I am going to enter myself into my own competition. By doing so, I will feel like I've let myself down if I don't give my best....I've set some goals that I want to reach by the end of the week.  I will follow up on Saturday and let you know if I have met my goals. 
Here they are:

*  Walk 3x this week during lunch
*  Do the 30 Day Shred 5x (M-F)
*  Drink 64oz of Water every day
*  Participate in at least 1 class at the Rec Center
*  Eat more veggies and/or fruits for dinner opposed to carbs
*  Eat breakfast every morning
*  NO softdrinks and NO sweet tea

I believe that these are all reasonable requests of myself.  I feel confident that I can do them!  I know the last one seems silly.  BUT this past weekend I felt like such a loser b/c on Saturday ALONE, I had 2 glasses of sweet tea and 3 REGULAR pepsi.  Not a good thing....I've done so well for almost a year by cutting out sugary drinks and I really felt like I had let myself down Saturday by drinking all those wasted calories.  O-well. 

I WILL DO IT!  I need encouragement!!!

  1. You can do this. I know because you did it before. Hang in there and keep up the great work! I am on a private weight loss blog and have been for 2 years, it's helped me more than anything because I am answering to the others on there. I am so here cheering you on! If it's super warm on day this or next week text me when you head home and we will meet at the rec center to walk together. If you want. I will get Harley out and about too!
