Again yesterday I didn't do any kind of exercise.  I know that is a huge problem for me.  If I could just get back on the bandwagon of being active that would help a lot.  (Hey, if Wynonna can lose 60lbs by just doing "meditating walking" --- which is nothing different that regular walking.  Surely I can watch what I eat and walk and lose that much too!!!)

I will strive to do better today with some form of activity/workout DVD or something!
Today we start our WW here at the office!  I weighed in this morning --- BOO!!!  Not happy with results, but I WILL be changing that!
