I am aware that it has definitely been a while since I've actually posted something about me. I've had the occasional blog about different articles I've read, but this one is all me! I hope you are ready!
You know how it is...you want to lose the weight, but you never actually plan a "start date." This has been me for the last several months. But now that things are slowing down, I am full throttle.
I've been tossing around the idea of doing Weight Watchers again. I had already decided with my friend Amber that we were going to get back on WW this week. Amber was the sweet girl who actually started on Monday. I, however, sank before I even started and my Day 1 was actually yesterday.
I was discussing this with some co-workers and they are considering doing WW again as well. So we've decided that instead of us having to go to a scheduled weigh-in at a different location that we are going to do our own weigh-ins here in the office. One of the girls is out of the office today for some medical reasons and will be back next week. We are all going to weigh-in tomorrow morning and make note of our "beginning weight". Next Thursday we are going to weigh before work. We are also going to take our measurements and keep track of those on a monthly basis. I know the last time I was actually losing weight, I created a graft of my inches lost and it was so cool to see where I was losing. I will be grafting my progress this time as well.
Without further adieu, here is my progress thus far:
