I've been looking back over some photos of years past and comparing them to how I look now. Like almost every other red-blooded American, I've not only gained knowledge and understanding of life itself, but I've also gained a few pounds over the years. These pictures have been taken over the span of the last 10 years.
Right now, my goal is to look as I did in 2005. My ultimate goal is to look as I did in 2000. I know that its a shot in the dark, but I know with dedication and determination I can do it. In actualilty, my weight in 2000 is the lower end of the range for my "recommended weight range" for my age and height. (BTW, those ranges are ridiculous!)
Let's take a step back in time and check out these photos.....

I am so excited about going back to the gym. I've decided that I am going to try going a couple times a day at least 2 days a week. We'll see how that works as well.
I was going to post about my first week on the 1200 calorie diet. BUT due to an unforseen stomach issue that I had last week and the bloated female problems of this week, I've not stepped on the scale to see how I done. I was only able to exercise one time last week and that was a 3 mile walk in town on Monday evening. Monday night I ended up being really sick and I was that way all week. I am still having some problems. If it continues I will have to go to the doctor, but slowly but surely I am feeling better.
Well here's to a successful week!
I love posts like this. Because you are seeing the issues and changing them. You got this and I look forward to update pictures.

First, I just want to say that I happen to think you look beautiful in every one of these pictures. I also think it's a really normal thing for weight to fluctuate over the years. That said, I also understand the frustration of wanting to lose weight. I desperately wish I could go to the gym... but right now, that's just now a feasible goal for me. I'm hoping to start walking outside with all the girls, as soon as the weather starts cooperating! Good luck... you keep me motivated too! :)
